We offer sessions for every level, and each group workout is capped at 3 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Lessons are designed to meet the needs of the student or the group.
One-on-One

By combining reformer, mat, and auxiliary apparatus, this beginner to advanced level lesson will help you strengthen muscles, build stamina, stretch out and put your core to work.

Here we incorporate a flow between the reformer exercises and mat exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who are ready for a little less attention than a One-on-One lesson because they have a strong understanding of the Basic systems. This type of lesson will challenge your Powerhouse.

Mr. Pilates had a reserved room where he would take clients that had complex physical issues that needed laser focused attention. This workout is especially helpful if you require privacy to attain your goals. If there are no physical requirements that need this privacy then this type of lesson may be used by those who yearn for a quiet studio to focus on their workout.
